ALT assisted
ACSI/E.spire with its network expansion by
deploying routers, and ATM switches for new
product offering of internetwork access and
switched network services. This effort included
14 sites throughout the country, where equipment
was rack mounted, and cabling and wiring were
dressed to on-site management’s satisfaction,
ran DC wiring to NewBridge ATM switch, Cisco
7500 and 2500 routers, ensured appropriate
electrical current was available. ALT also
prepared modem connections, dial-up router
connections for diagnostics, testing of T-1
and DS-3 lines. Upon completion ALT provided
documented site dispositions, and made recommendations
for changes and improvements.
