Network Design & Engineering
As part of Signal’s TEIS team, ALT provides network engineering support services. ALT has completed the I3MP re-design for Ft. Detrick, West Point, and has provided survey and consultative services to Ft. Drum.

As part of this task ALT provides technical design, engineering and systems integration support. This includes acquisition support and technical consulting to manage inside/outside cable plant survey and design, development of the bill of materials (BOM), equipment upgrades, and recommendations for new equipment and infrastructure, and redeploying existing equipment within the new design.

ALT has also provided Quality Assurance services at Ft. Belvoir, and Ft. Myer.

Acquisition Support
ALT provides CECOM Program Management with acquisition support services including Statement of Requirements, Requirements Analysis, Engineering Design Packages (EDPs) and Statement of Instructions. Additionally, ALT serves as a technical contact for contract officers, program managers, and vendors.

ALT has assisted in a turn-key acquisition support process. This includes coordinating and conducting pre-bid walk-throughs with vendors, responding to technical questions from the Statement of Requirements or EDPs, coordinating vendor proposal reviews, assisting and participating in the source selection committees, contract awards, as well as coordinate Kick off Meetings between the vendor, government (PM) and the client (base). ALT’s final responsibility in this process is to conduct VSS (verification site surveys) walk-throughs with the vendor to verify any changes that need to be incorporated into the EDPs.

System Administration
Under a separate task, ALT provides system administration and Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) services to the 55th COMCAM at Ft. Meade. As part of this task, ALT is responsible for providing centralized on-site hardware, software technical support, Information Assurance (IA), networks, information services for automation users.
